Not just a pipe supplier — a manifold fabricator
Kask Yapı İnşaat Tur. İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. has been an aquatherm piping systems supplier and manifold fabricator in Ankara since 1998, building project-specific PPRC manifolds in its own workshop. Wavin AS low-noise soil and waste pipe and HL floor drains complete the range.
What we do
Two things. First, aquatherm piping systems: aquatherm green, blue and red, fittings and valves, listed per project and supplied from our Ankara stock. Second, manifold fabrication: from your project drawing we set the body diameter, number of branches and end type, fabricate with weld-in saddles in our workshop, pressure test and ship.
On the drainage side we supply the Wavin AS low-noise soil and waste system and HL (Hutterer & Lechner) floor drains. A building's drinking water, heating-cooling and drainage lines can therefore come from one supplier, with compatible products.
Mission
To get the right material, in the right size, to site on time; and to deliver manifolds fabricated and tested in the workshop rather than assembled on site.
Vision
To be the first call in Türkiye for PP-R piping and manifolds: the fabricator an engineer sends a drawing to and leaves the rest with.

Four principles
We are fabricators
We do not buy manifolds ready-made; we fabricate them from aquatherm pipe with weld-in saddles in our own workshop. Dimensions, end types and valves are decided with the project.
Nothing leaves untested
Every manifold is pressure tested before dispatch; it is labelled and the test record travels with the product.
From stock, on time
Frequently used pipe, fittings and valves are in our Ankara stock. The site schedule is our schedule.
Right material, right line
green for drinking water, blue for heating and cooling, red for fire protection. We select the series together, by temperature and pressure.
Who makes the pipe we sell?
aquatherm GmbH, Attendorn, Germany. A family company founded in 1973 by Gerhard Rosenberg; represented in more than 70 countries in polypropylene piping systems.
100% made in Germany
Production only in Germany, at the Attendorn headquarters and the Ennest plant. The fusiolen raw material is developed in-house; all pipe and fittings are made in Attendorn and Ennest, and only tested products are shipped.
Raw material: fusiolen
aquatherm develops its own polypropylene granulate and processes it under the fusiolen brand, tuning product properties to each application. According to the manufacturer, fusiolen consists of 97% pure PP-R (polypropylene random) and a 3% masterbatch of colour pigment and stabilisers.
